On November 13,1931, while in the employ of appellant, William E. Cox, son of the appellees, .sustained inj uries resulting in his death. The appellees filed an application for adjustment of compensation with the Industrial Board upon the theory that they were partially dependent upon their son for support and maintenance. Upon a hearing before the full Industrial Board a finding was made to the effect that the decedent con-tributed the sum of $9 per week to the support of his parents previous to his death; that $5 per week was a reasonable amount for room and board furnished their son by the…
