This is certiorari of proceedings that adjudged the relator guilty of a criminal contempt. The relator also appeals. For *427reasons hereinafter stated, I advise dismissal of the appeal. The contemnor was a petit juror on the trial in the County Court of Nassau county of an indictment against the Schwabs for keeping a “ café ” as a disorderly house and a public nuisance.
