This is a criminal complaint charging the defendant with operating a motor vehicle on August 2, 1958 upon a public highway in the city of Warwick without displaying “lighted lamps as required at a time between one-half hour after sunset to a half hour before sunrise.” After the state’s demurrer to the defendant’s plea in abatement was sustained, the case was tried before a justice of the superior court sitting without a jury.
