MEMORANDUM OPINION

Introduction
This case arose under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, based upon complete diversity of citizenship, for personal injuries received in an automobile accident which occurred in the state of Arkansas. Upon trial of the issues the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs against the defendant, Haskell Edgar Fuller. The jury found no liability on the part of defendant, Swift Transportation Company, Inc.
