Appeal from Twelfth Judicial District Court, Parish of De Soto; John H. Boone, Judge. Jack Jordan and another were convicted of murder, and appeal.

Defendants Jack Jordan and Bob Jordan prosecute this appeal from a conviction of murder and sentence to death.
