Appellant, Dawn Drouin, seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying her claim for Supplemental Security Income benefits based on disability. She appeals a district court judgment entered January 3, 1991, granting the Secretary’s motion for summary judgment and denying Drouin's motion for reversal and/or remand.
