Plaintiff, the Department of Conservation of the State of Illinois, for and in behalf of the People of the State of Illinois, brought this action in ejectment against defendants, Curtis Fairless and Gladys Genevieve Fairless, seeking to eject defendants from certain parcels located in Johnson County.
