Affirming.

Tbe appellant, administratrix of the estate of Louis R. Webber, deceased, brought this suit ; against the Louisville &■- Nashville Railroad Company'to recover of it for the death of her decedent, Louis R. Webber, who was killed near Shelbyville, Ky., on the 16th day of May, 1932, while at work as a brakeman on the railroad company’s train. We will refer to the parties as plaintiff and defendant according to their respective positions in the lower court.
