MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION OF PL TRUSTEE TO ALLOW CLAIMS (POLICY YEAR 1979-80) {Current Builders, Inc. and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company)

The PL (Products Liability) Trustee has moved to allow the joint claim of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and Current Builders, Inc. (collectively, “Fireman’s Fund”) in the amount of $115,888.41, being the principal debt found due in judgment entered by a state court, plus $12,000 in court costs, and such prejudgment and/or post-judgment interest as this Court finds to be allowable.
