Thomas W. Blake originally commenced this action. In his complaint he alleged that he brought the action “for him*349self and for all other stockholders and creditors of the Boston Development Company,” a corporation. The action was brought against said company, and against Fred H. Vahren-kamp, R. B. Garfil, Thomas Austin, R. H. Winder, B. F.
