INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court after conclusion of a trial on the merits of the claims asserted by the Plaintiffs, Ronald J. Ralph (“Mr. Ralph”) and Alice A. McKinley (“Mrs. McKinley”), husband and wife (hereafter collectively referred to as “Ralph/McKinley”) against the Defendant, Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company (“SYB”).
