The above-captioned matter is a result of an automobile accident that occurred on November 14, 1993, in which plaintiff Charlene Halowell and her minor daughter, Jennifer Halowell, were struck by a vehicle driven by defendant, Mark Strishock Jr.

Thomas J. Sibert, Esquire, of the law firm of Edgar Snyder and Associates, initiated the personal injury action by way of a writ of summons filed on September 5, 1995.
