MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ALLEN SHARP, Chief Judge.

On March 10, 1993, this pro se petitioner, Leslie A. Smith, filed for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The petitioner is currently incarcerated at the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City, Indiana. The petitioner is challenging the disciplinary action from a CAB proceeding. On May 24, 1994, the Attorney General of Indiana filed a “Return to Order to Show Cause” in compliance with Levis v. Faulkner, 689 F.2d 100 (7th Cir.1982). On May 31, 1994, the petitioner filed a traverse.
