This matter is before the Court pursuant to an order to' show cause filed by Giantceutical, Inc. (“Giantceutical”) against Ken Mable, Inc. (“Mable”), seeking a preliminary injunction, temporary restraining order, and ex parte seizure and impoundment of goods based on an alleged patent infringement.
