Before the court are three Motions To Dismiss (“Motions”) For Lack Of Personal Jurisdiction, filed by Defendants Timothy S. Salter (“Salter”), Ellis J. Miness (“Miness”), and A.C. White Transfer and Storage Company, Inc. (“A.C.White”) (collectively, “Movants”). The Motions of Salter and Miness were filed on July 30, 2001, and the Motion of A.C.
