This is an application for an order under rule 114 of the Rules of Civil Practice seeking to award final judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the sum of $400 alleged to be due and owing this plaintiff and that the balance due, if any, may be determined upon a trial of this action. The action is brought to recover compensation for professional services alleged to have been rendered by two doctors upon the agreed and reasonable value of $1,300.
