This is ¡an action against the United States to recover damages arising from proceedings to condemn certain land of the plaintiffs. The complaint alleges that on September 7th, 1911, a decree was entered in those proceedings condemning the right, title and interest of the plaintiffs for the public use of the United States and ordering that their right, title and interest should vest in the United States upon the payment of an award of $5,000 damages; that no part of this award has been paid, and that the two years’ period fixed by the Revised Laws of Hawaii, 1905, section 505 (Revised Laws of…
