This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court awarding a recovery in favor of appellee, Mary Boden, against appellant, Sovereign Camp, Woodmen of the World, on a benefit certificate on the life of Thomas Boden, in which appellee was named as beneficiary. Thomas Boden disappeared on the 24th day of June, 1915. He and appellee were hiisband and wife. They had lived together -continuously since their marriage several years be- ■fare.
