This case involves the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (“FLSA”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., and the D.C. Minimum Wage Act Revision Act of 1992 (“DCMWA”), D.C. Code §§ 32-1001 et seq. On December 18, 2014, this matter was assigned to the undersigned for all purposes and trial. (Order of Referral [11]; December 18, 2014 Minute Order.)
