LOHR, Justice.

A formal complaint was filed with the Supreme Court Grievance Committee charging the respondent, Kenneth K. Frank, with three counts of professional misconduct. The respondent and the disciplinary prosecutor entered into a stipulation of facts containing admissions of conduct violating several provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility, as well as Rule 241.6 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
