Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), entered August 17, 2010, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be neglected, and (2) from two orders of said court, entered August 24, 2010, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10-A, to extend the placement of respondent’s children.
