MEMORANDUM & ORDER
SAND, District Judge.
This case poses the question of which forum is most appropriate for a state law action for a partnership accounting. The underlying claim commenced over ten years ago in New York State Supreme Court. In February 2009, Defendants removed the case to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452. Two motions are now before the Court: Plaintiffs’ motion to remand the case to state court and Defendants’ countermotion to transfer venue of the case to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
