¶1 — E. John Duncan appeals an order granting summary judgment to Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, dismissing his breach of contract and wage claim statute claims. There are genuine issues of material fact whether the employee handbook of Alaska USA promised specific treatment in specific situations and whether a bona fide dispute between the parties bars exemplary damages under the wage claim statute.
