The complaint in this case which was filed on June 9, 1950, alleged that on September 18, 1948, the plaintiffs entered into a written contract with defendants for the purchase of certain described property located in Lake county for $21,500.' A photostatic copy of the contract was attached to and made a part of the complaint. The contract provided for a down payment of $5000, and the balance of the purchase price was to be paid in installments of $3,500 each on October 1, 1949, October 1, 1950, October 1, 1951, October 1, 1952, and a final payment of $2500 was to be made on October 1, 1953.…
