{1} Plaintiff Orion Technical Resources, LLC (Orion) appeals from the district court’s order dismissing its claim for breach of implied contract against Defendant Los Alamos National Security, LLC (LANS) and for denying its motion for injunctive relief against LANS and Defendant COMPA Industries, Inc. (COMPA) (collectively, Defendants).
