This action in contract originated in the Milford Division of the District Court, was removed to the Superior Court, and then transferred back to the District Court where judgment issued in favor of the plaintiff, Karen Construction Co., Inc. (builder). In accordance with G. L. c. 231, § 102C (1984 ed.), the case again was removed to the Superior Court for a trial de nova.
