RADER, Circuit Judge.
In this patent infringement action, Motorola, Inc. (Motorola) and Interdigital Technology Corporation (ITC) cross-appeal the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. After trial, a jury found all twenty-four of ITC’s asserted claims invalid and not infringed. As to three of those claims, the district court found the jury’s verdict of invalidity lacking evidentiary support and accordingly granted judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) in favor of ITC.
