Appellant Leavitt Communications (Leavitt) seeks review of a summary judgment entered for Appellee Darlene Foret (Foret). For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the summary judgment in all respects, except as to the portions of Counts IV and V addressing an $11,758.48 check which the bank refused to honor.
