Appeal from Crawford Circuit Court. — Hon. L. B. Woodside, Judge. (1) The information in this case is insufficient to support the judgment, and it is fatally defective in that it fails to charge the wounding was done feloniously. The homicidal act itself must he charged to have been done feloniously, and this information, does not meet that requirement of the law.
