REYNOLDS, District Judge.
Gerald H. Scarpelli has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to § 2241 et seq., Title 28, United States Code of Laws. The petition challenges the legality of the procedure used to revoke his probation. The petitioner’s probation was revoked by the Wisconsin State Department of Public Welfare without affording the petitioner a hearing.
