This is the second appeal in this parental rights termination case. Following a trial, the Trial Court entered a final judgment on February 25, 2008, terminating the parental rights of Joseph J. (“Father”) to his son, Joeda J. (“the Child”). Although the final judgment was entered on February 25, 2008, Father’s lawyer states he was incorrectly told by the trial court deputy clerk that the final judgment was entered on February 28, 2008.
