Plaintiffs-appellees, Mrs. Genevieve Anderson Krokroskia, Andrew Swen Anderson, Mrs. Zenobia Anderson Hauge, and Mrs. Gladys Anderson Hinphy, in their petition allege that they are desirous of a declaratory judgment in their favor and against the defendant-appellant, William E.
