This cause came on upon the filing of a Complaint for Relief from Stay and Other Equitable Relief filed by Plaintiff, Wire-man’s Credit Union, Inc., against Defendant-Debtor, Gary R. Laska. The case has been submitted for decision based upon a Stipulation of Facts entered into between the parties and briefs of law filed herein.
