Appellant, Prank Thomas, brought this suit in theWoodford circuit court to recover qí appellee the sum of $1,000, on a fire insurance policy.
In his original petition, plaintiff pleaded the insurance contract, the destruction of the house by fire, demand of payment, and refusal of appellee to pay.
