HODGE, Chief Judge.
This is an action for an injunction against infringement by defendant of letters patent issued to the plaintiff and its predecessors in interest and for an accounting for damages. The action arises under the patent laws of the United States, and jurisdiction is founded upon Title 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a) and Title 35 U.S.C. § 281.
