This is an appeal by Edwin M. Allen and the Western Ore and Mining Company from a decree of the circuit court of Cook county which awarded an accounting and other relief against the appellants in favor of James D. Hand, W. J. Pilkey and W. C. Hosking.

The bill was originally filed by Hand against Allen and the Western Ore and Mining Company for the dissolution, of an alleged partnership between Hand and Allen and an accounting, but amendments were later made alleging an additional agreement between Hand and Allen on the one hand and Pilkey and Hosking on the other for the acquisition of…
