Accused (John Wright, Adam Wright and William Wright) were tried and convicted of petty larceny, and having been sentenced to one year’s imprisonment in the penitentiary, they have appealed.

They rely on a motion on which they sought to quash the venire and challenge the array of jurors, and upon several bills of exception taken to rulings of the District Court with reference to the introduction of testimony.
