On April 27, 2011, the Court signed a Warrant to Seize Personal Property Subject to Civil Forfeiture in the Matter of the Seizure of $874,100.00 in United States Currency Seized From Rachel Benveniste, Currently in the Custody of the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department.
