Regions Bank, as trustee of the J.F.B. Lowrey Trust (“the Trust”), appeals from a judgment entered in favor of Jerold Dean (“Jerold”) on Jerold’s reformation and ejectment claims. We reverse and remand.

This case concerns a dispute between Regions and Jerold over the ownership of a 40-acre woodland tract (“the property”) comprising the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 10 East, Conecuh County.
