This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Flatbush Square, Inc. (the “Debtor”), pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9023 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e), to reconsider an order granting a motion for relief from the automatic stay made by the Debtor’s secured creditor, CBO Inc. (“CBO”).
