Veteran Gene R. Schertz appeals through counsel a May 19, 2011, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision that denied him entitlement to compensation under 38 U.S.C. § 1151 for a T-12 anterior spinal infarction and partial paraplegia of the lower extremities (spinal cord impairment resulting in leg paralysis). On February 20, 2013, the Court affirmed the Board’s decision in a single judge memorandum decision.
