HUTCHESON, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from the order of' the district court sustaining, without. opinion, the findings, conclusions, and order of the referee that the bankrupt was not entitled to a business homestead in Odessa, which was claimed by him as exempt under art. 3833, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
