Wagner v. State

Claimant, Beverly A. Wagner, Administrator of the Estate of her late husband, Bernard A. Wagner, has brought this action to recover damages for his death.

Bernard Wagner died on August 25, 1971, as the result of injuries he suffered in a motorcycle accident on August 18,1971. The accident occurred at the intersection of an exit ramp from Interstate 55 and County Line Road in Cook County, Illinois.
