The United States of America (“Government”), on behalf of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), has filed a six-count complaint against Defendants alleging equity skimming in violation of 12 U.S.C. § 1715z-4a. The matter is now before the Court on the Government’s motion for summary judgment against Defendants Antonio L.
