MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ST. EVE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Monotype Imaging, Inc. (“Mo-notype”) and International Typeface Corporation (“ITC”), (collectively “Plaintiffs”), sued Defendant Bitstream Inc. (“Bit-stream”) for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The Court held a bench trial on June 20, 2005 through June 27, 2005. For the reasons discussed below, the Court finds that Bitstream is not liable under any of Plaintiffs’ claims.
