THOMPSON, Circuit Judge.
Amit Yadav — Nepalese citizen and native — applied for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention against Torture (“CAT”). Finding his testimony not credible (among other things), an immigration judge (“IJ”) denied Yadav’s application and ordered him removed to Nepal. The Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirmed. And this petition for judicial review followed.1
