1 In this action for relief brought under section 24-84-402.5, C.R.S. 2015, Colorado's Lawful : Off-Duty Activities Statute (LO-DAS), plaintiff, Douglas Williams, appeals from the dismissal of his complaint for failure to state a claim pursuant to C.R.C.P. 12(b)(5). We affirm.
