MEMORANDUM ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTIONS

On September 21, 2000, Maurice K. Guinn, the Chapter 7 Trustee, filed his Objection to Claim of Exemptions (“Objection”).
