S. Douglass Braswell, the respondent herein, brought this actio,n against The Heart of Spartanburg Motel, the appellant herein, to recover the sum of $675.00, allegedly due him for work, labor and services performed in connection with pretreatment for termite control during the construction of the appellant’s mo,tel in Spartanburg. The respondent alleged that the work, labor and services done and performed by him for the appellant was at its special instance and request.
