—In an action to recover damages for dental malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Fredman, J.), entered May 7, 1997, which granted the defendant’s motion for a protective order and denied her request for an additional deposition of the defendant.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
